Slatemont Capital Group, a small-business funding broker in Bismarck, North Dakota, takes requests through a short form: full name, phone, email, an optional business name, three pick-lists (time in business, annual revenue, requested amount) and a consent checkbox. We call back, ask about the purpose and discuss which options fit. Credit decisions, rates and terms belong to the lending partners alone.
What the form asks
- Your full name
- Phone
- Business name (optional)
- Three pick-lists: time in business, annual revenue range and requested amount range
A consent checkbox closes the form. The ranges are rough on purpose; the purpose and exact figures come up on the call. The form has no box for a Social Security number or bank statements.
After the form leaves your screen
- We call the number you entered and ask what the funding has to cover.
- We discuss which structures fit and what partners usually ask to see.
- Once you say yes, Slatemont sends the request only to partners that offer that structure.
- A partner decides and, if it makes an offer, sets the terms. Accepting or walking away is your call.
The process page explains each step, and our disclosures describe the broker role. The privacy policy in the footer explains how the details you send are handled.
Consent wording
The consent checkbox on the form states what you agree to receive. Read that wording before you tick it.
